For the last 60 days, we've been teaching them AI — and this week, we turned all of that learning into real, practical applications, in person. We also had John Maxwell in to speak.

The Week

It was an incredible week of learning — and of figuring out, as a company, how we're going to implement AI across the org. Not as a tool rollout. As a change in how we work.

What Became Clear

One thing became immediately clear: the technology is easy. The people and the business process have to change too. That's the part that doesn't show up in any demo — and it's the part that decides whether any of this actually works.
