Easy!

Sometimes you have no need to password-protect your computer when it is a test computer or it is in a place no one else than you accesses. Instead of having to type your password every time you start your computer, if it could just log in for you automatically, that would be great. Let's learn how to do that in Gnome.

In Gnome's menu, click: "Applications > System Settings > Login Screen". Under "Automatic Login", check the "Login a user automatically on first bootup" and underneath, select your username:
