SET UtilPath=%~dp0

Put :     
SET UtilPath=%~dp0
at the top of your batch file, then when you need the path,

use %UtilPath%filename to get a file in the current directory..

On the side of the software box, in the 'System Requirements' section, it said 'Requires Windows 95 or better'. So I installed Linux.
